The Two Blues
OUR PURPOSE STATEMENT
Everything we do at the Two Blues is about paving the way forward for the next generation and holding ourselves accountable for the legacy we choose to leave behind.
We will be the pride and inspiration for the growth and success of rugby in Western Sydney, always striving for excellence, creating a winning environment, fostering friendships and camaraderie, and upholding the values of Rugby.
The Western Sydney Two Blues Rugby Club competes in the NSW Rugby Premier Club Rugby Competition, known as the Shute Shield. Our Women’s Team competes in the Jack Scott Cup.
Players competing in the Shute Shield Premiership and the Jack Scott Cup have the opportunity to be identified and selected for Super Rugby and other professional pathways.
The Two Blues proudly represents Western Sydney and provides opportunities for our community to represent the region in Australia’s premier club rugby competition.
The Two Blues boast a proud history dating back to 1879 and are one of the oldest rugby clubs in Australia.
The Club’s Patron is Oldest Living Wallaby Eric Tweedale who is a former player, club captain, club president and who was instrumental in the set up of the Two Blues junior rugby system.
We are a community club that seeks to be more than just a sporting club, building an environment for our members to enjoy, thrive and achieve, focused on people first.
