Two Blues and Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park join forces!

Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park is a group fitness studio, located at Greenway Wetherill Park.  Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park, is getting behind the Two Blues in 2023 by supporting the performance development of our Top Squad via their new state of the art high altitude training centre.

Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park’s owner,  Wendy Lynch said “Air Locker- Training Wetherill Park are delighted to be supporting the Two Blues in 2023. We have been impressed with the Club’s progress over the past 12 months and we are looking forward to getting behind the Club and helping where we can. We are also excited to assess the science of altitude training in supporting the performance and recovery of the players. It’s a great opportunity for two Western Sydney based organisations to join forces as we both strive for success.”

The team at Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park are proud to be delivering cutting edge training techniques and facilities to Western Sydney via their brand-new Wetherill Park facility, which is due to open in early February 2023.

Wendy Lynch added “When the human body is in an oxygen reduced environment whether at rest or training, it is stimulated to adapt by enhancing the way it uses oxygen to produce energy. In turn this boosts our body’s efficiency, improving the way our heart and lung’s function, in addition to the way our muscles and other organs use fuel. Through regular training in an altitude environment, the human body is exposed to an environment that naturally helps it to adapt both physically and mentally, performing more efficiently and effectively. We can’t wait to open the doors to our community and help everyone become fitter, leaner, faster, stronger and happier with altitude training.”

Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park come on board at a time when the Two Blues are in Pre-Season training and making preparations for another big year.

Head Coach, Sailosi Tagicakibau said “Having great partners like Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park behind the Club makes a big difference to our ability to perform to the highest level and compete hard against the other teams in the Shute Shield. The 2022 competition was one of the closest in living memory and it won’t get any easier, so we are really grateful to Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park for getting behind us. We hope that the players will find a benefit to this style of training, and it will also help to provide some variety to Pre-Season training for us.”

Two Blues General Manager, Christian Burden said “We are really excited and grateful to have Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park partner with the Club for 2023. Air Locker Training – Wetherill Park share our values and are getting behind us to back our plans. The Club has been fortunate to have some wonderful sponsors and partners who have stuck with us over a number of years, and we are pleased to welcome Air Locker Training to the team.”
