Two Blues announce Education Initiative with Dynamic Learning Services

The Two Blues have introduced a new education initiative with long standing Training Provider, Dynamic Learning Services (DLS) RTO ID 40467

Dynamic Learning Services is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with over 25 years’ experience. They are a national leader in innovative, professional training and education for both business improvement for employers and employees. DLS also provides courses for individuals seeking better employment prospects via further adult education.

“It’s a very exciting and innovative development for the Club” said Two Blues General Manager, Christian Burden. “DLS are a nationally recognised and accredited RTO offering a range of short courses, Certificate 3 and 4 Qualifications and a BSB50420 Diploma in Leadership and Management. These may help support the educational development and employment opportunities for our Players, their families, sponsors, and our broader Two Blues community.”

The Two Blues are a community focused Club with the goal of providing a great Rugby experience for all our Players. The new initiative supports a key element of the Club’s strategy when it comes to Player Welfare and Personal Development.

Two Blues Club President, Scott Rogan said “Player welfare is a very important part of our Club culture and planning for the future – we want to help our Players become better people as much as we want them to become great Rugby Players. Working with DLS will enable the Club to facilitate training and educational opportunities that we hope will help improve our Players long-term employment prospects, plus add value to their lives and their families.”

Christian Burden added “Most of our Players are aged between 17 and 30, and not everyone will make it as a Professional Rugby Player, so it’s important the Club recognises and supports opportunities for our Players to improve their lives and futures away from Rugby. With over 25 years of experience working with employers, individuals, and government agencies to deliver a range of Courses and Qualifications, DLS are perfect for helping us achieve this.”

The Two Blues intends to work with DLS to extend Training and Educational opportunities to the Club’s Players, families, friends, sponsors, and the business communities of Western Sydney.

Managing Director of DLS and former Two Blues Junior, Greg McCullough, currently works closely with NRL Clubs the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Canterbury Bulldogs and the Sydney Roosters and is looking forward to replicating some of those programs with the Two Blues.

“We work very well with major sporting clubs such as the NRL teams mentioned above as well as Sydney FC and Carlton AFL Club, delivering training and education programs for players, staff, supporters, and sponsors of the Clubs. We are very much looking forward to developing similar opportunities for the Two Blues and their community.

Greg McCullough also added “We are keen to assist eligible members of the Two Blues and their community access training known as Smart and Skilled, and this training is subsidised by the NSW Government. We hope people will take advantage of the funding options available for the courses and qualifications we can offer, which are targeted toward people finding well-paying jobs that are in demand.”
