Two Blues has partnered with Productivity Force, a leading work-ready apprenticeship training group specialising in the Trades and Construction industries.
A key offering of Productive Force is their unique “Productivity Bootcamp” – an intensive 8-week program that will arm young people with the skills and work values they need to stand out as a work-ready apprentice.
Productivity Force Partnership Manager, Tom Woods, said “Our Productivity Bootcamp program focuses on trade related skills and employs a unique style of training involving all hands-on, practical activities from our experienced Tradesmen. Everything is delivered outdoors in our construction yards, so our trainees get to experience what working in the industry is really like.
