Two Blues Build for the Future

General News

The Board of the Parramatta Rugby Club is seeking applications for the position of Director of Coaching.

The new full time position is an important step in rebuilding the Two Blues and has already attracted interest from several prominent coaches.

The successful applicant will have primary responsibility for First Grade and overall responsibility for the development of coaching at all levels, from Grade to Juniors.

The Board would like to thank former Wallaby Mark Hartill for coaching First Grade this season. President Steve Boland says – “Mark stepped in at the start of 2010 and we appreciate his efforts in difficult circumstances as the Club rebuilds for the future. The appointment of a full time Director of Coaching is a key development in Parramatta remaining the elite brand representing Rugby in Sydney’s West”.

Former premiership player and backs coach Mick Carter will take over the First Grade coaching duties for the remainder of 2010 with assistance from Wallaby Tatafu Polota Nau.
