Two Blues Club President

The Two Blues are pleased to announce Scott Rogan as the clubs President taking over from Brian Blacklock for the 2022 season.

The club would like to thank Life Member Brian Blacklock for his years of dedicated service, passion and commitment for which we are forever grateful.

Scott has lived in the Hawkesbury for 30 years. His career has included serving in the NSW Police for 25 years, retiring in 2012 as a Detective Inspector, Scott’s service in the NSW Police was mostly spent working in Western Sydney.

Since retiring from the NSW Police, Scott has worked for NSW Rugby Union and as an Investigator for NSW Independent Commission against Corruption; NSW Electoral Commission and Australian Commission Law Enforcement Integrity. He now runs his own Governance/Investigative Consultancy Business.

Scott is also a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia, and Member of Australian Institute Company Directors, serving on a variety of Community Boards.  He has post graduate degrees in Corruption and Integrity Management and Intelligence, Cyber Security, and Counter Terrorism and Sport Coaching.

He has had a lifetime involvement in Rugby Union and Cricket.  Scott is a former player of Parramatta Rugby Club and referee coach with NSW Rugby Referees.  He also umpires in Sydney Grade Cricket competitions with NSW Cricket Umpires.

Scott was appointed to the Board of the  Two Blues in 2018.
